Product lists
The approved products behind every recommendation. Publish a new list whenever it changes — monthly or on demand. Each client's Client Assessment picks the model and filters out excluded asset classes; this list supplies the products. Every published version is kept.
Publish a new list
- Start from the current list (download it as CSV) or the blank template, and edit it in Excel.
- Upload the file — CSV or Excel. Nothing changes until you publish.
- Check the preview: errors, what changed, and any model left without a product.
Model, Asset Class, Symbol, Name, Type, Weight, TTM Return, Rationale
Model: All, or one or more of the five models separated by “;” — rows for a specific model replace the All rows in that asset class for that model. Asset Class: Large Cap Equity · Small Cap Equity · International Equity · Fixed Income · Cash Investments. Type: Stock · ETF · Mutual Fund · Bond · Preferred Stock · REIT · Money Market (used to honour client exclusions). Weight: % within the asset class; blank = equal weight; 0 = alternate, used only when a client's exclusions remove every weighted product.
